A&S Summer Research Team Member Identification (FACULTY USE ONLY)

Please submit this form for each student whom you would like to invite to serve as a member of your research team this summer. Once you submit each name, students will be invited to complete an A&S research application. All the students you list below must complete an A&S application in order to become a member of your research team. As soon as a student submits their research application, you will receive a confirmation form notifying you of the student’s interest and requesting additional information in support of the student’s research application.

Note: This form is only for the identification of students who are part of a team applying to receive funding through the School of Arts & Sciences. Students participating in your grant-funded research should be identified here. Students applying individually to receive funding through the School of Arts & Sciences should be directed to the UR Summer Fellowships website to begin an application.
